Moving Souls was founded in the year 2000 in Delhi by master choreographer Ravi Rastogi. Over the past 24+ years, the academy has trained more than 10,000 students, choreographed over 500+ destination weddings, and built Delhi's largest and most welcoming Latin dance community.

### 1. Salsa Dance Classes (Level 1 to Level 4)

- **Styles Taught**: Salsa On1 (LA Style), Salsa On2 (New York Mambo), Cuban Salsa / Rueda de Casino basics.

  - Basic timing, rhythm, and weight shifts (1-2-3, 5-6-7).
  - Cross body lead, inside and outside single/double turns.
  - Open and closed handhold variations, hammerlocks, wraps.
  - Musicality: Identifying the Clave, Conga tumbao, and Piano montuno rhythms.
  - Men's leading technique & posture; Ladies' styling, arm movements, and spins.
- **Class Format**: 1 hour sessions, 2 times a week. Partner rotation encouraged; no partner required.

  - Torso, ribcage, and hip isolations.
  - Body waves, head rolls, and safe sensual dips.
  - Close embrace lead and follow connection and frame control.

### 3. Bollywood & Commercial Dance Classes
